Our underload trainer, which is approximately 20% lighter than your game bat, is used in conjunction with our overload trainer and your game bat to increase your bat speed. The Katana is perfect with regular baseballs for dry swings, tee work, and front toss. If you want to hit off a machine, we recommend using Marv Balls instead of regular baseballs.
