Custom Bat Lead Times
Most custom Caliburn bats are built and shipped within 7–10 business days.
Every custom bat is made to order, so production time may vary slightly during high-volume periods. If you need a bat by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what is possible.
Ready to Ship Orders
Ready to Ship bats and other in-stock products typically leave our shop within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Rates
Our current standard shipping rates are:
- FREE shipping on orders of $150 or more
- $10 shipping on orders from $30–$149.99
- $5 shipping on orders under $30
Shipping Speed
Most orders ship using standard ground service.
If you need your order faster, contact us before ordering. We’ll do our best to determine whether expedited shipping or an accelerated build timeline is available.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address used during checkout.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available from our Downers Grove shop.
