Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there’s a manufacturing or order issue with your Caliburn bat, we’ll make it right.

Craftsmanship Covered

Every Caliburn bat is selected, turned, finished, customized, and inspected before it leaves our shop.

If your bat arrives with an issue caused by Caliburn, contact us as soon as possible.

Covered issues may include:

  • Incorrect model, length, or customization

  • Finishing or engraving errors

  • Damage that occurred before delivery

  • A manufacturing issue confirmed by our team

If we determine the issue was caused by us, we’ll work with you on the appropriate resolution.

Wood Bat Expectations

Wood is a natural material, and wood bats can break even when they are made from high-quality wood and built correctly.

Because of that, normal breakage during hitting, practice, or game use is not covered under warranty.

The warranty also does not cover:

  • Normal wear, dents, chips, scratches, or finish wear

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper storage

  • Damage caused by hitting anything other than baseballs

  • Alterations made after the bat leaves Caliburn

  • Natural differences in wood grain, color, or appearance

Why Wood Bats Are Different

Every piece of wood is unique.

Grain structure, density, the location of contact, pitch speed, and swing force all affect how a bat responds.

We carefully select and store our wood, turn each bat to precise specifications, and inspect every finished bat before it leaves our shop. Even with that level of care, no wood bat can be guaranteed against breakage.
