Shipping
Custom Bats
Most custom Caliburn bats are built and shipped within 7–10 business days.
Because each bat is made to order, production time can vary slightly during busy periods. If you need your bat by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Ready to Ship
Ready to Ship bats and other in-stock products typically leave our shop within 1–3 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on your order total and current Caliburn shipping policy.

Returns & Refunds
Custom Caliburn bats are made specifically for each hitter, so custom and personalized orders are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Eligible non-custom products may be returnable if they are unused and meet the requirements outlined in our return policy.
