Each bat is made to order, turned, finished and inspected in our shop. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before ordering.
Ready to Ship
Ships next business day
In-stock bats ship via ground service on the next business day. Most U.S. customers receive them in about 2 business days after shipment, though delivery time can vary by location and carrier.
If an item includes engraving, please allow additional time.
Shipping Rates
$10 standard U.S. shipping under $150. Orders $150+ ship free.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Local Pickup
Prefer to pick it up? Local pickup is available at our Downers Grove shop. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Custom / Personalized Orders
Because each bat is made to order, custom and personalized bats are generally not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
Unused Non-Custom Items
In-stock, non-custom items may be eligible for a return if they are unused and in original condition. Please review our full policy for details.
Damaged / Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll review the issue and help make it right.
